OSHA's fines list: Top 10 violations cited

As 2015 is winding down, we’re reflecting on last years Top 10 Osha’s violations. Each year, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, names the most cited violations it encountered during its workplace safety inspections that year. 

Osha's fines list reports the average penalty per serious violation costs around $2,000.  However, 81 percent of violations are in categories that result in higher fines. And while OSHA is about to release 2015 data, the more things change the more they stay the same, as all of these violations make the list every year.
